902 - Application of wavelet transform to signal processing in diagnostic of pit shaft

Abstract
The paper presents a part of work related to implementation to industrial practice of new, never-used in the Polish Mining, methods diagnosing the condition of the shaft inner (winding) structure by means of vibroacoustic method. The main problem was processing of non-stationary signals required special algorithms of estimate. Calculate of estimators was performed by means of wavelet transform. An essential advantage of the new method presented hereinafter is its ability to assess wear-and-tear of the whole shaft inner structure in relatively short-time, evaluating serviceability of each member of the structure.
