Various kind of vehicles yield significant environmental impact and influence human well-being causing annoyance, hearing damage risks, sleep disturbance, etc. A wide number of noise and vibration reduction means are under development in order to control harmful influence. New approaches are elaborating in order to create less noisy vehicles and to meet requirements of noise legislation in different countries. Suggested session may contains of the papers on noise and vibration sources identification, control methods and technologies.
