Abstract
At present the urgent direction of theoretical and experimental studies in the field of the mechanics of the deformed systems is the development of methods and algorithms of calculation, which would consider the sudden damages of system or sudden reconstruction of its structure. These phenomena can be caused, for example, by unconsidered reconstruction, natural calamity, terrorist act. In the present work based on the example of the cantilever plate, loaded at the free end with concentrated force, the influence on its strain and stresses of the sudden disturbance of interlaminar bondings is examined. It is assumed that two parts of the plate (upper and lower) are rigidly connected (they are glued, welded, on the rivets, etc.). The stressed state in the upper part of the action of external load and of the tangential forces, acting from lower part and distributed over the interface is calculated. The sudden separation of plate into two parts indicates the sudden removal of the loads, transmitted from the part of the plate to another. This leads to the damped dynamic processes both parts: to longitudinal and flexural vibrations. In the work the procedure of the analysis of fluctuations is proposed. Maximum moment exceeds static four times. The developed procedure makes it possible to generalize approach to the plate with the arbitrary number of identical layer. The results of a study show that in the process of design and operating the construction it is necessary to provide the possibility of the appearance of the phenomena examined and to ensure necessary strength and hardness of construction. With a sudden change in structure or design diagram of construction is necessary fundamentally new calculation stress-strained state of constructions, that considers the short-term dynamic processes, which appear in them.
