Hotel Information

Blocks of sleeping rooms are being held at special ICASSP-99 rates at the Hyatt Regency, the conference headquarters hotel, as well as three other hotels within close distance of the Civic Plaza Convention Center.

The closest Hotel is the Hyatt Regency which is across the street from the conference site. Both the Crowne Plaza and the Ramada Inn are within close walking distance. The Lexington is in about three miles from the conference site. Public transportation is available.

The Hotel Reservation Form must be used to make a room reservation and must be sent to Conference Management Services. Please read the instructions carefully and fill out the form completely and clearly. If these hotels are sold out, your reservation request will be forwarded to a nearby hotel that offers rooms at similar rates during the week of the conference.
