Webmaster's notice: Due to a computer problem with the on-line registation site run by Conference Management Services, there is a possibility that on-line registrations processed prior to December 17, 1998 were lost. This applies only to on-line registration. On-line registration data submitted after December 17, 1998 is fine. If you think this may apply to you, please request direct confirmation that your registration information has been received by writing to icassp99@conf-mgmt.com.

Deadline for super early registration is September 14. To encourage super early registration, all super early registrants will automatically participate a lottery for a number of prizes.

Super Early and Advance registration can be done through the secure On-line registration page run by Conference Management Services or by Fax or mail. All relevant information and fees are shown on the registration forms.

To qualify for the lower, super early and advance registration fees, your registration form AND PAYMENT must be received by September 14, 1998 or by January 15, 1999 respectively. Checks, money orders and bank drafts must be drawn on U.S. banks and be payable in U.S. dollars only. ICASSP-99 also accepts Mastercard, Visa and American Express.

Refunds for Conference Registration and Tutorials are made only in response to written requests to ICASSP-99 at the conference management address, postmarked or faxed by January 15, 1999. A service charge of $50 will be imposed for cancellations.
