with whom ICASSP-99 will direct correspondence.

Step 13 requires information about the category in which your paper
fits in. Give the two-digit classification
(for example, 8.3) for each category. You are allowed to submit two
paper categories: primary and secondary. The primary category is one
which most closely describes the field your paper fits in. The
secondary one is the paper category that is next closest match to
the issue your paper addresses. Your submission will be reviewed
primarily by the Technical Committee covering the area of your first
choice.

Step 14 refers to the problem you have addresses in your paper. You
can enter your comments on more than a single line by replacing the
