To be an Exhibitor

Conference Logo

We are delighted to invite you to participate in the 1999 IEEE International Conference on Acoustics, Speech, and Signal Processing.

ICASSP-99 will introduce exciting program revisions designed to promote industrial participation, including a new series of Industry Technology Tracks in which papers emphasizing industrial aspects and applications of signal processing will be featured. This forum will add a fresh dimension to ICASSP that will hold particular appeal for industry professionals. ICASSP-99 will also feature a well-known industrial leader as keynote speaker.

Some of the benefits enjoyed by exhibitors during ICASSP-99 are:

  • Special exhibitor session allowing exhibitors the opportunity to promote and display new technologies.
  • Industry Technology Tracks featuring papers on industrial aspects of signal processing.
  • Tutorials in multimedia and other emerging DSP application areas.
  • Twenty free VIP exhibits-only invitations to encourage current and prospective customers to visit.
  • Mailing list of participants in ICASSP-99.
  • Promotion available through ICASSP-99 announcements.
  • Press facilities to encourage coverage of new product and other announcements.
  • Centrally located exhibition area.
  • Special food services available.
  • Exhibitors purchasing four or more booths will receive a hyper-link on the ICASSP Web page and a one-page ad in the ICASSP-99 Conference Guide.

The industrial base in greater Phoenix supports over 20,000 high-tech engineers, including several thousand DSP professionals.

ICASSP-99 will have a press room to encourage media coverage. Reporters from the following periodicals will be invited to attend:

Arizona Republic
DSP & Multimedia Technology
Electronic Engineering Times (EE Times)
Multimedia Magazine
Valley Business Review

ICASSP-99 will encourage employment recruiting. Traditionally, ICASSP attendees include over 200 graduate students nearing the end of their programs of study, providing recruiters a great opportunity to seek out new and highly qualified applicants.

Organizations are invited to exhibit at the 1999 IEEE International Conference on Acoustics, Speech, and Signal Processing (ICASSP) March 15-19, 1999 at the Civic Plaza and Hyatt Regency in Phoenix, Arizona USA. It is expected that over 2000 participants will join in the combined technical program and product expositions, as well as other special events. The exhibit area is strategically located with respect to the main traffic flow of the conference activities and press room. It will accommodate over 100 booths.

A series of Industry Technology Tracks will be introduced as part of ICASSP-99. A key goal of this forum is providing companies the opportunity to interact with users of their products. The Forum will also include special sessions allowing exhibitors to present and display new technologies.
