*)  Users running Acrobat Reader under UNIX should take note of the
    following:

    If using the Adobe Acrobat Reader to print under UNIX, make sure
    that the "Download Fonts Once" button is NOT checked; otherwise it
    may be that only the first page prints correctly.

*)  Page numbers for manuscripts were not available at the time of publication
    and so are not available on this CDROM.  All papers are indexed by 
    paper number only.

*)  Some platforms running Acrobar Reader have problems with fonts when
    viewing the postscript-derived manuscripts in \PDF\AUTHOR.  For this
    reason, all manuscripts have been rasterized (where postscript was
    available) or scanned from paper (where postscript was unavailable)
    and stored as rasterized manuscripts in \PDF\SCAN.
