We will quote on any quantity, and deliver anywhere in the world. Our standard CD-ROM (such as this one) has two images of the proceedings: one as a set of PDF documents, which can be viewed using Adode Acrobat readers, and another as a set of TIFF images. The TIFF images can be viewed with user-supplied software, or in conjunction with the supplied HTML files of bibliographic information.
